Owner Heating Requirements as of 10/13/10

From Oct.1 to May 31, you must provide heating. Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., whenever the outside temperature falls below 55 degrees Fahrenheit, you must maintain an internal temperature of at least 68 degrees Fahrenheit. Between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., whenever the outside temperature falls below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, you must maintain an internal temperature of at least 55 degrees Fahrenheit.
