Demolition Guidelines Concerning Tenancy

DHCR has revised the Demolition Fact Sheet (#11) which calls into question the issue of whether or not DHCR notification is required when a form PWR is filed and a Rent Stabilization tenant is in occupancy in the building. This is already required for Rent Control tenants.
